51306344-101 | Honeywell | Experion LX 3-Inch Filler Panel

The Honeywell 51306344-101 is a 3-inch filler panel engineered specifically for use within Honeywell Experion LX control system cabinets. Designed to cover unpopulated module slots in the chassis or rack frame, it helps manage internal airflow for active electronic components while preventing dust ingress and maintaining cabinet structural alignment.

Enclosure Ventilation and Environmental Integrity

Featuring a durable powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance, the filler panel preserves cooling efficiency across adjacent active I/O or controller modules by sealing open rack spaces. It is rated for industrial operating environments with ambient temperatures ranging from -20 deg C to +70 deg C and vibration resistance of 1.5 g at 10-150 Hz.

Installation Guidelines

1. Follow site safety protocols before performing maintenance or cabinet installation.
2. Align the filler panel with the empty slot rails in the Experion LX chassis rack.
3. Secure the panel using its integrated mounting hardware to ensure a flush fit with adjacent modules.
4. Maintain proper spacing to ensure ventilation airflow satisfies system cooling requirements.
