Product Description:

The GE RST Terminal Board DS200TBQAG1ABB features two 90-pin terminal blocks, supporting up to 180 signal lines. The terminal blocks are designated as TB1 and TB2. Additionally, the board includes three 20-pin connectors for further connectivity.

Installation instructions specify the signal connections to the terminals. To connect a signal wire, strip approximately 0.5 inches of insulation from the wire end, insert the wire into the terminal, and tighten the screw to secure it. A gentle pull test ensures the wire is firmly fastened and cannot be easily withdrawn.

When replacing the board, simply transfer the signal wires from the old board to the corresponding terminals on the new board. Careful attention is required to ensure each wire connects to the correct terminal.
