The GE Fanuc IC697BEM711 is a Bus Receiver Module (BRM) from the 90-70 Series, engineered to provide a high-speed parallel bus expansion interface for GE PLC systems. It enables expansion from the main rack to up to seven additional IC697 PLC racks, with a maximum cable length of 50 feet (15 meters).

Designed for simplicity and performance, the IC697BEM711 uses convenient configuration software and requires no DIP switches. This module must be installed specifically in Slot 1, and it occupies a single slot in the rack. It features LED indicators that provide real-time status of the module, rack, and the I/O bus terminator plug, enhancing system monitoring and diagnostics.
