Description

This Output Module features a built-in redundancy monitoring function.

The RDNLINKFAILED parameter is set to ON when the redundancy cable is either disconnected or the partner system is not operational. Once the cable is reconnected to a running partner, the parameter automatically resets to OFF.

⚠️ Note: This parameter reflects only the physical status of the redundancy cable (connected vs. disconnected). It does not verify if the cable is connected to a compatible or operational partner.

Two system notifications are associated with this status:

• Redundancy Link Inactive – Triggered when RDNLINKFAILED is ON.

• Redundancy Link Active – Triggered when RDNLINKFAILED is OFF.
