CPU | CP/ZCP/FCP Series


Foxboro CPUs are the central processing units for Foxboro distributed control systems (DCS). They are responsible for executing control loops, managing process data, and communicating with other devices on the network.

Foxboro CPUs are divided into three main series:

  • FCP Series: The FCP Series is the latest generation of Foxboro CPUs. It offers the highest performance and reliability of any Foxboro CPU. FCP CPUs are also the most scalable and can be used to create the largest and most complex DCS systems. FCP CPUs are available in a variety of models, including the FCP280 and FCP320.
